What the website will not do
It will not create demand by itself. Your traffic sources still matter.
It will not fix slow follow-up. Speed and sales process still affect who wins the project.
It will not replace estimating capacity. If your team is already full, we’ll address that honestly before recommending more inquiries.

The Remodeler LeadSite Performance Promise
If we miss your agreed launch date after receiving the required assets, access, feedback, and approvals, we’ll provide one additional month of Care at no charge.
After launch, if your LeadSite is receiving visitors but is not generating qualified project inquiries during its first 90 days, we’ll continue optimizing the existing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and qualification flow for up to 90 additional days at no extra service fee.
You remain responsible for providing the required assets, approving work on time, maintaining your agreed traffic sources, and responding promptly to new inquiries. We do not guarantee revenue, closed projects, rankings, or a specific number of leads because those outcomes depend on factors outside the website.
The founder rate is temporary because the offer is still being validated.
The first five qualified remodelers receive the $3,500 rate in exchange for honest feedback, consideration of a testimonial, and permission to display the completed LeadSite and relevant results.
Once all five founder spots are filled, the price moves to $6,500. Care stays at $297 per month.
That is the reason for the limit. No fake countdown. No invented scarcity.
Questions Remodelers Ask
Still have a question? Bring it to the Fit Call. We’ll give you a direct answer, including if the LeadSite is not the right next move for your business.
Will a LeadSite get me more leads than ads or SEO?
It does a different job.
Ads and SEO help bring visitors to your website. A LeadSite helps those visitors understand what you build, trust your work, determine whether they are a fit, and request the right next step.
It can make existing traffic work harder, but it does not replace advertising, search visibility, referrals, follow-up, or market demand.
How long does it take to launch?
The target launch timeline is 3 weeks from kickoff and receipt of the required photos, project details, access, feedback, and approvals.
The LeadPlan comes first. We do not begin the full build until the positioning, page plan, and qualification rules are approved.

Finished-project photos
